REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Advanced Research and Training Academy (ARTA), we are committed to delivering high-quality courses, training, and events. This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the conditions under which you may cancel your enrollment or registration, as well as the circumstances in which refunds may be issued. By enrolling in a course or registering for a conference, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Course Cancellations by Students

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must notify us in writing through our contact page or by email. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of enrollment and before the start of the course are eligible for a full refund of fees paid. After this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund except where required by law.

Course Cancellations by ARTA

ARTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future session or equivalent course.

Conference Cancellations by Participants

If you are unable to attend a conference, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days prior to the event are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event or for non-attendance on the day of the conference.

Conference Cancellations by ARTA

ARTA reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the format of a conference due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees. In the case of rescheduling or a change of format (such as moving to an online delivery), participants will be given the option to transfer their registration or request a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees, such as administrative charges, application fees, or costs for course materials and conference kits that have already been provided, are non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or registration.

Transfers and Substitutions

Where possible, participants may request to transfer their course enrollment to another program or to transfer a conference registration to another delegate. All such requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to ARTA’s approval.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

ARTA may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website, and continued enrollment or registration after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
